I started working with Tony Richburg at Fitness One shortly after the New Year. Right from the beginning, Tony worked with me to develop a training program designed to tone muscle groups and increase stamina that took into account my concerns (age and lower back pain). We have been meeting twice a week for challenging work-out sessions which target both the upper and lower body muscle groups. I must say that through out my Army career, I do not recall workouts like those Tony has me do. I have seen some real results - BMI is down three points, toned muscles, reduced belly fat, increased range of motion, and diminished back pain. 

I highly recommend Tony as a personal trainer.

At the age of 71 years old, I started training with Tony Richburg.  He has really enlightened my knowledge of how I can get the best out of exercising consistently.  I have had trainers, but they have never instructed me of the importance of breathing techniques while exercising.  I found that doing exercises and weight lifting the correct way helps you to obtain the goal you would like to see your body exemplify.  I really appreciate the knowledge Tony has given me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  He is an excellent instructor as a certified personal trainer.  Thank you, Tony Richburg for the training that I am receiving from you.  May God bless you to continue your journey in helping others to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have been training with Tony since Dec. 2021 and I have seen tremendous results not only in my weight but in inches. I have lost 40 pounds,4.5" in my hips 6" in my stomach area, 2" in my thighs, 4" in my waist in less then 9 months due, to hard work and eating healthy. Plus down 3 dress sizes with TONY's guidance, proper techniques and combination of exercises whether using machines, dumbbells or floor exercises. He has really enhanced my workout routine.

I started training approximately 6 months ago. When I first started my journey I wasn't feeling good in my own body. I had very low energy, poor balance and little to no strength. I was not comfortable or confident being around family and friends.
However since I began working out with Tony, things have definitely changed..I've dropped 
dress sizes, lost a ton of inches in my waist, and now I have higher energy, balance & strength. It has been my life saver! Losing weight, working out, and eating healthier has been a complete and positive life style change for me. I haven't met all of my goals just yet, but I'm on my way for sure!
